All products sold by Her Voice are digital downloads. 
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all 
sales are final once the download link has been 
accessed or the file has been downloaded.

No refunds will be issued on digital products once 
access has been granted.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience a technical issue preventing access 
to your download, contact us within 30 days at:

We will resolve all technical issues within 24 hours 
at no extra charge.
